Rimontaggio gruppo rinvio
frizione
Lubrificare e riposizionare l’asta di
rinvio frizione (16) con i due anelli OR
(17).
Note
Ad ogni sostituzione utilizzare
una guarnizione OR (18) nuova.
Lubrificare la guarnizione (18) e
posizionarla con il gruppo rinvio (19)
sul carter.
Serrare le viti (20) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3). Posizionare il
tubo (15) sul gruppo rinvio frizione
(19), facendo attenzione
all’orientamento del raccordo del tubo
sul gruppo (19).
Attenzione
Un posizionamento non
corretto può causare
malfunzionamenti dell'impianto e può
interferire con le parti in movimento
del motociclo.
Posizionare le due guarnizioni (14):
una tra gruppo rinvio e tubo (15) e
l’altra tra tubo (15) e vite speciale (13).
Serrare la vite (13) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3). Rimontare lo
spurgo (12) e il tappo (11). Per il
posizionamento delle fascette che
fissano il tubo (15), fare riferimento
alla tavola della pagina seguente.

Refitting the clutch
transmission assembly
Lubricate and refit the clutch pushrod
(16) with both O-rings (17).
Note
Renew the O-ring (18) every
time it is removed.
Lubricate the O-ring (18) and fit it with
the transmission unit (19) onto the
casing.
Tighten the screws (20) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3). Position
the hose (15) onto the clutch
transmission unit (19). Ensure that
the hose fitting is properly positioned
onto the unit (19).
Warning
Incorrectly positioned hoses
can cause faults and interfere with
moving parts.
Position the two seals (14): one
between transmission unit and line
(15) and the second one between line
(15) and the special screw (13).
Tighten screw (13) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3). Refit the bleed unit
(12) and the cap (11). Please refer to
the table on next page for proper
positioning of clamps for hose (15).
