Rimontaggio coperchio
frizione
Pulire e sgrassare le superfici di
contatto sul coperchio e sul
semicarter e verificare che su
quest'ultimo siano installati la boccola
di centraggio (13) e la guarnizione OR
(12) in corrispondenza del condotto di
passaggio olio.
Applicare un cordone uniforme e
continuo di guarnizione liquida
DUCATI (A) sulla superficie di
accoppiamento del semicarter,
contornando tutti i fori.
Posizionare il coperchio (1) completo
sui semicarter ed impuntare le viti di
fissaggio. Posizionare la vite (23) con
il passacavo (22), la boccola (18) e la
rosetta (16).
Bloccare le viti (2), (3), (5), (7) e (23)
alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3)
operando a croce.

Refitting the clutch cover
Clean and degrease mating surfaces
on cover and casing and ensure that
the centring bush (13) and the O-ring
(12) at the lubrication drill are fitted in
the casing.
Apply an even, regular bead of
DUCATI liquid gasket (A) on the
mating surface of the casing and
around all holes.
Locate the complete cover (1) to the
casing and start the retaining screws
in their holes. Fit the screw (23), the
cable bracket (22), spacer (18) and
washer (16).
Tighten screws (2), (3), (5), (7) and
(23) to the specified torque (Sect. C
3), proceed in a cross pattern.
