Smontaggio ingranaggio
rinvio distribuzione
Sfilare l'ingranaggio conduttore (A)
della coppia ingranaggi distribuzione
(2) e la linguetta (5).
Raddrizzare la rosetta (3) di sicurezza
del dado (4) bloccaggio ingranaggio
distribuzione.
Bloccare l'ingranaggio distribuzione
inserendo una spina (C) in uno dei fori
e svitare il dado di bloccaggio (4).
Sfilare il dado (4), la rosetta (3),
l'ingranaggio condotto (B)
distribuzione e la linguetta (1)
dall'albero rinvio distribuzione.
Rimontaggio ingranaggio
rinvio distribuzione
Prima di procedere con il rimontaggio
verificare lo stato di usura della coppia
ingranaggi distribuzione (2) ed
eventualmente sostituirli.
Importante
I due ingranaggi distribuzione
(2) devono essere sempre sostituiti in
coppia.
Procedere con le operazioni di
rimontaggio operando in senso
inverso a quanto descritto per le
operazioni di smontaggio.
Importante
Al termine del rimontaggio
accertarsi che la rosetta (3) sia
ribattuta contro il dado (4) in modo da
impedirne lo svitamento.

Removing the timing lay
gear
Slide out the drive gear (A) of the
timing gear pair (2) and the key (5).
Unbend the safety washer (3) of the
timing gear retaining nut (4).
Hold the timing gear in position and
hold it steady by fitting a pin (C) into
one of the holes. Unscrew the lock
nut (4).
Slide out nut (4), washer (3), driven
gear (B) and the key (1) from the
timing layshaft.
Reassembling the timing
lay gear
Before reassembling the removed
parts, check timing gears (2) for wear.
Change, if necessary.
Caution
The two timing gears (2) must
always be changed in pair.
To reassemble, follow the
disassembly procedure in reverse
order.
Caution
Once finished, make sure that
washer (3) is bent on nut (4) to
prevent it from getting loose.
