Rimontaggio gruppo

Per il rimontaggio dei componenti il
gruppo cambio seguire quanto
riportato alla Sez. N 9.2 in relazione
alla chiusura dei carter motore.
Come verifica pratica finale, accertarsi
che con il cambio in posizione di folle
gli innesti frontali (A) degli ingranaggi
scorrevoli (B) risultino equidistanti, su
entrambi i lati, rispetto ai
corrispondenti degli ingranaggi fissi
(C).
Verificare inoltre che innestando le
marce, risulti sempre un minimo
gioco tra la forcella (D) e relativa cava
(E) sull'ingranaggio scorrevole (B).

Chiudere i semicarter N 9.2

Reassembling the
gearbox
Follow the procedure described
under Section N 9.2 on how to close
the crankcase to fit parts of the
gearbox assembly.
When finished, run a practical test.
Place gear in neutral and check that
the front coupling dogs (A) of the
sliding gears (B) are centered to the
matching dogs of the fixed gears (C),
i.e. that the distance is the same at
both ends.
Engage the gears and make sure
there is always a small clearance
between fork (D) and matching
groove (E) in the sliding gear (B).
