Rimontaggio radiatore
olio
Note
Lubrificare con olio motore i
filetti dei nippli (13) e (4) e gli anelli OR
(2) dei raccordi.
Installare i gommini antivibranti (6)
sulla testa orizzontale e bloccarli alla
coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Posizionare il radiatore (9) in
corrispondenza dei gommini (6) in
precedenza montati e fissarlo,
utilizzando gli scodellini (8) e le viti (7).
Serrare le viti (7) fissaggio radiatore
alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Importante
In caso si stia operando su di un
veicolo dotato di semcarene durante il
rimontaggio del radiatore (9) sulla
testa orizzontale ricordarsi di
posizionare le due piastre di supporto
semicarene destra (15) e sinistra (14)
sul radiatore e di fissarle uti.lizzando
gli scodellini (8) e le viti (16).
Serrare le viti (16) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Inserire l'estremità dei raccordi (A) e
(B) nei nippli avvitando manualmente
i dadi dei raccordi fino a battuta.
Verificare il posizionamento delle
tubazioni e poi serrare i raccordi (A) e
(B) alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).

Refitting the oil cooler
Note
Lubricate the threads of nipples
(13) and (4) and the union O-rings (2)
with engine oil.
Fit the vibration damping pads (6)
onto the horizontal head and tighten
to the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Position the oil cooler (9) to the
vibration dampers (6) and secure it in
place using the retainers (8) and the
screws (7).
Tighten the oil cooler retaining
screws (7) to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
Caution
If the vehicle is half-faired,
remember to position the two
support plates of the right fairings (15)
and left fairings (14) on the cooler and
secure them using retainers (8) and
screws (16) when refitting the cooler
(9) to the horizontal head.
Tighten the screws (16) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Fit fitting ends (A) and (B) into the
nipples and fully tighten fitting nuts by
hand.
Check hoses for proper routing and
then tighten the fittings (A) and (B) to
the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
