Rimuovere gli anelli esterni (A) dei
cuscinetti dal cannotto utilizzando un
adatto punzone e facendo molta
attenzione a non rovinare le sedi.

Importante
I cuscinetti (5) e (6) del cannotto
sono uguali ma è necessario evitare
assolutamente di scambiarne i
componenti.
Pulire accuratamente e lubrificare con
grasso prescritto le superfici di
contatto.
Per il montaggio degli anelli esterni
(A) dei cuscinetti (5) e (6) sul cannotto
del telaio è necessario disporre di un
tampone adatto e occorre scaldare il
cannotto a 150 °C.
Inserire nel perno di sterzo la rosetta
(8) con il lato a spigolo vivo verso il
cuscinetto (6).
Inserire nel perno di sterzo il tampone
cod. 88713.1072. Premere il
cuscinetto (6), esercitando,
manualmente, una certa pressione
per almeno 10 -15 secondi.
Lubrificare con grasso prescritto il
cuscinetto (6).
Inserire il perno di sterzo, all'interno
del cannotto portandolo assialmente
in appoggio.
Installare il gruppo base di sterzo sul
telaio.
Inserire sull'anello esterno superiore
(A) del telaio, il cuscinetto (5),
opportunamente ingrassato.
Using a suitable drift, remove the
outer bearing rings (A) from the
steering tube. Proceed with care. Do
not damage the ring seats.
Refitting the steering
tube components
Caution
Steering bearings (5) and (6) are
identical, however, never mix their
components.
Clean all contact surfaces and grease
with the recommended grease.
To refit outer rings (A) of bearings (5)
and (6) to the steering tube, use a
suitable drift and heat the steering
tube to 150 °C.
Insert washer (8) in the steering shaft,
the sharp edge shall be facing the
bearing (6).
Fit the drift no. 88713.1072 into the
steering shaft. Press bearing (6), and
hold it with your hand for at least 10 -
15 seconds.
Lubricate bearing (6) with the
recommended grease.
Fit steering shaft into steering tube
and push until it becomes fully seated
axially.
Install the bottom yoke assembly to
the frame.
Grease bearing (5) and insert it in the
upper outer ring (A) of the frame.
