Ricomposizione
ammortizzatore
Girare l’attacco inferiore in modo che
la vite di registro estensione (F) si
trovi dallo stesso lato della vite di
registro compressione (G).
Inserire la molla nella custodia
dell’ammortizzatore con la parte
terminale conica rivolta verso
l'attacco inferiore.
Montare lo scodellino (D) appoggio
molla.
Montare l'anello di fermo (C).
Avvitare la ghiera registro molla (A)
sino ad ottenere la lunghezza (L)
precedentemente misurata.
Note
Un giro completo della ghiera di
registro varia la lunghezza della molla
di 1,5 mm.
Serrare la controghiera (B) contro la
ghiera di registro alla coppia di
serraggio di 78÷98 Nm.
Reassembling the shock
absorber
Turn the lower coupling so as
rebound adjuster (F) is on the same
side as the compression adjuster (G).
Insert the spring into the shock
absorber casing with the taper end
pointing at the bottom end
connection.
Fit spring retainer (D).
Install the retainer (C).
Tighten the adjusting ring nut (A) of
the spring until obtaining the length
(L) measured previously.
Note
One full turn of the adjusting
ring nut will increase or decrease
spring length by 1.5 mm.
Tighten the ring nut (B) on adjusting
ring nut to 78-98 Nm.
