1600 Transmitter
When connecting a core processor to a 1600 transmitter, you will see the following alert from the transmitter
display:

New Core Detected
Cause
A new core processor was detected.
Recommended actions
1. Select one of the following options when prompted by the screen.
Option
Description Action
Core Only Replacement The new core processor is
replacing an old core processor
and the sensor is not getting
replaced.
The core processor is brand new
without a baseline and has default
factory values, such as K1 = 1000
and K2 = 5000.
Restore configuration and verify
sensor parameters.
Pre-Calibrated Core Replacement The new core processor is pre-
calibrated and matched with the
sensor.
You are replacing a core processor
that has already been paired with
a sensor that has already been
characterized.
Verify the sensor parameters and
save the configuration.
