Daytime running light
The daytime running light serves exclusively
as a signal to other road users and switches
on and off automatically using a sensor.
24 Kickstand
The kickstand is used to park your e-bike. It
is located on the left in the direction of travel.
The kickstand is a model-dependent com-
ponent. If your e-bike is not equipped with
a kickstand at delivery, you can retrofit it if
necessary.

dealer for advice on a suitable kickstand
for your e-bike.
Keep in mind that the kickstand may
limit you in certain cycling maneuvers for
which your e-bike is designed.
25 Bell/horn
The bell or horn is used to give acoustic sig-
nals to other road users.
Important: To participate in road
traffic, pedelecs must be equipped
with a functioning bell and
S-pedelecs with a functioning horn,
which must comply with coun-
try-specific requirements.
All FLYER pedelecs are equipped with a bell
upon delivery and all FLYER S pedelecs are
equipped with a horn.
• Contact your FLYER specialist dealer if
your bell or horn is not working properly
or if you are having problems operating it.
27 Not all e-bikes can be retrofitted with a kickstand.
