Apply a small point-shaped amount of thermal paste (1.0 gram, see
description above) to the center of the CPU surface as shown.
CAUTION

Do not mix different types of thermal paste.

In this section only the special handling of the memory modules is
described, if LC is used.

Adhesive memory pads are attached to memory modules in advance.
