1. AFIS Key - DEPRESS, if

AFIS MENU Page.  The
WGT/BAL field is not avail-
able and, therefore, is not
diplayed in the EMB120.
2. Line Select Key -
DEPRESS to position the
cursor over CLOSE OUT.

3. ENTER Key - DEPRESS.
The CLOSE OUT Page is
displayed.  See Figure 8-
86.
4. Line Select Key -
DEPRESS to position the
cursor over the FUEL
UPLOAD field.
5. INSERT the actual fuel
uploaded (in gallons) for
the current flight.
6. Review the times displayed in the OUT, OFF, ON, and IN fields.
The BLOCK and FLT fields are computed by the AFIS system
using the OUT, OFF, ON, and IN times.
