Level
Super administrator level and administrator level.
Usage Guidelines
When using this command, note the following items:
l Only a normal free disk can be set to a hot spare disk.
l Only an unused hot spare disk can be set to a free disk.
Example
Set the free disk in enclosure 1, slot 1 to the hot spare disk.
OceanStor: admin> chgdisktype -s 1 -sl 1 -t 3
6.5 Cache Configuration Commands
Cache configuration commands are used to set the cache water level and query the details about
the cache.
6.5.1 showcache
6.5.2 chgcache
6.5.1 showcache
Function
The command showcache is used to query the cache information.
Format
showcache [ -c controller ID ]
Parameters
Keyword and Value
Description Default Value
-c controller ID The controller ID. The value
is A or B, and is case
insensitive.
None.
Modes
Normal mode.
