Parameters:
<group_name>: Privilege group name
<cro> : Configuration read-only privilege level (1-15)
<crw> : Configuration/Execute read-write privilege level (1-15)
<sro> : Status/Statistics read-only privilege level (1-15)
<srw> : Status/Statistics read-write privilege level (1-15)
Example:
