ELECTRICAL SYSTEM TROUBLESHOOTING
CONDITION OF TRIM SYSTEM PROBLEM
A. Trim motor does not run when trim button is depressed. 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7
B. Trim system trims opposite of buttons. 3
C. Cowl mounted trim buttons do not activate trim system. 2, 4, 5, 6
PROBLEM
1. Battery low or discharged.
2. Open circuit in trim wiring.
3. Wiring reversed in remote control.
4. Wire harness corroded through.
5. Internal motor problem (brushed, shorted armature).
6. Blown fuse(s).
7. Trim Solenoids Failed
