Powerhead Disassembly
1. Remove fuel pump by removing 2 screws.
2. Remove oil injection pump by removing 2 bolts.
3. Remove hoses to fuel pump and oil injection
pump.

4. Remove oil injection pump shaft and housing.

5. Remove thermostat housing and components.

6. Remove cylinder block cover.

There are “pry-slots” on casting as shown by
screwdriver positions.
7. Remove exhaust cover and divider plate.
