DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
The ECHO_OFF0 command causes the SmartMotor™ channel 0 serial port to stop echoing. No
incoming channel 0 characters are retransmitted.
EXAMPLE: (Shows use of ECHO_OFF0 and OCHN)
