DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
The MCDIVcommand provides the Cam mode ratio divisor. It works in combination with the
MCMUL command, which provides the Cam mode ratio multiplier. For usage details, see
MCMUL=formula on page 530.
NOTE: MCDIV cannot be set to 0.
