Battery Backup - System Power

FEATURE
DESCRIPTION
A built-in battery provides complete system operating power for approximately
30 minutes during commercial power outages. When optional (locally
provided) batteries are connected and fully charged, full system operation can
be maintained for an extended time. Actual time depends on system
configuration, traffic conditions, and the capacity of the batteries.

CONDITIONS
General:
During normal operation, the batteries are continually recharged by a
built-in charging circuit.
The B48-U10/B64-U10 KSU is equipped with batteries for system
battery backup.
