Call Pickup Group

FEATURE
DESCRIPTION
A Station user can answer a call intended for another station either in the
same programmed Call Pickup group (Tenant Assignment) or another Tenant
Group, depending on the Call Pickup Access Code used. Incoming ringing
outside calls to a station can be answered by any station in the same Call
Pickup group or by stations in other Tenant groups. The system can be
subdivided into 48 separate Tenant groups, each with its own outside line
assignments.

OPERATING
PROCEDURES
1. Station A is receiving a call.
2. Press
P
or lift the handset at station B.
3. Dial the Call Pickup Access Code.
Default Access Codes are:
FH
Intra-Tenant Call Pickup
FI
Night Chime Call Pickup
FJ
Call Pickup CO/PBX in Same Tenant
4. Use the handset to talk to the party calling station A.
