Scrolling Directories

FEATURE
DESCRIPTION
Scrolling Directories functions like a telephone directory, and provides an
Electra Elite Display Multiline Terminal user a list of system and/or station
speed dial numbers. Using Softkeys, the user can select a speed dial number
and press the Speaker key or lift the handset to dial the number.

OPERATING
PROCEDURES
1. Press the
V
(SYS or STA) Softkey to designate system or station
speed dialing.
2. Press the
V
(UP or DOWN) Softkey to view the names/numbers
listed in the directory.
- OR -
Press a dial pad key (to select the first letter of the name or number
of the desired speed dial buffer) and dial
J
.
3. To dial the number press
P
or lift the handset.

V
(SYS. or STA. Softkey) to designate system or station
speed dialing.
