Call Alert Notification has a significant affect on Call Forward - Busy/
No Answer.
When a station is logged in an as ACD agent and Call Forward-Busy/
No Answer is set, any non-ACD call transferred or ringing to that
station follows the Call Forward setting. System software S5000 or
higher is required.
