Forced Account Code Verified/Unverified and Account Code entries
are printed on the SMDR report if both are used.
A is placed in front of the Forced Account Codes on the SMDR
reports to distinguish them from other Account Code entries.
A total of 500 Forced/Verified Account Codes can be entered
system-wide.
When the Interdigit time (default 10s) expires after the user inputs a
Forced Account Code, Busy Tone is generated.
