Description
This command configures the name and location of the primary configuration file.
The system attempts to use the configuration specified in primary-config. If the specified file cannot
be located, the system automatically attempts to obtain the configuration from the location specified in
secondary-config and then the tertiary-config.
If an error in the configuration file is encountered, the boot process aborts.
The no form of this command removes the primary-config configuration.

Specifies the primary configuration file location, expressed as a file URL.
