Description
This command configures the wait time (in seconds) before notifying clients monitoring this group when
the oper-group operational status transitions from down to up. A value of zero indicates that transitions are
reported immediately to monitoring clients.
The no form of this command reverts the value to the default.

Specifies the time, in seconds.
Values 0 to 3600
