A short-circuit was corrected
after being detected by the
external load short-circuit
detection function, but the Load
Shorted Flag does not go OFF.
The function is set for manual
reset. (The default setting is
manual reset.)
After correcting the short-cir-
cuit, turn the I/O power supply
OFF and then ON again.
