How to fix READY LED blinking on Quantum Medical Equipment?

If the READY LED is continuously blinking on your Quantum Medical Equipment, first verify that the line voltage is high enough. For stored energy (SE) units, ensure the batteries are ready and check the AC input transformer tap adjustment for correct line voltage tapping. Also, check for 24 VDC at Power Supply Board A6 (AY40-005T) +24 VDC test point, as heat units might be exceeded.
