Error: Initialization
error
Error: Initialization error
(motor controller).
After any reset (hardware or
software) the system must be
rei-nitialized because no
positioning is possible. Error
(R) indicates that the board has
been reset possibly because of
5V voltage interruption or a
problem with 'Initstring' (%1).
Contact a service technician.

Check 'Initstring' in the log file.
Clutch break or
error from home
sensor interrupt
During positioning of the RTT
no interrupt signals of the
home sensor are generated.
Possible causes: Clutch break (between
motor-shaft and drive-shaft). Home sensor

Communication
error motor control
board
Errors repeatedly occurred
when communicating via
RS485 interface (motor address
see status field and menu item
'EPROM versions').
This prevents continuing
regular operation.
The reason is this: If there is no
answer after 4 tries of reading
data from motor control board,
the process stops
communicating and this error
Shut down and restart the system.
Notify a service technician if the error
occurs frequently.
Timeout at the
interface
A process does not receive the
data expected at an interface.
You can specify the interface name in the
log file entry. Use the 'pvt_mount'
command to specify the physical port
