No rack in sorting
area
No rack is in position in the
sorting area where the tube is
supposed to be sorted.
If an empty rack is in the sorting area, you
can sort the tube by pressing [Skip]. Place
the empty rack on the sorting area. You may
have to adjust the height of the put-down
position if this error occurs frequently.
Resistance
detected or
obstacle hit while
putting down the
tube
The position where the tube is
supposed to be placed is already
occupied. Insort: RTT is
occupied. Outsort: Check the
schematic diagram of the
process.
Rack was not emptied in the
sorting area.
Tube is too wide and does not
Insort: Put down the tube by pressing [Set
aside] and continue work. If this error
occurs frequently, position and height must
be readjusted. Outsort: Empty the rack and
continue operation by pressing [Repeat].
The tube can be brought into the drop
container by pressing [Set aside]. If this
error occurs frequently, position and height
must be readjusted.
No rack detected
at output position

No rack was detected at the
output position. An old rack
type may cause problems in rack
detection. I/O channel of
Slide the rack as close as possible toward the
sensor. Check if sensor is active. Check if
sensor is adjusted correctly. Check logic of
sensor. Check I/O board.
Working pressure
not within the
allowed range
The pressure control switches
indicate that the working
pressure for the system is not
within the allowed range.
Check if compressor is still operating.
Contact a service engineer.
% Tube in gripper
of the input sorter
During initialization it has been
detected that there is a tube in
the gripper of the input sorter.
The tube must be put down into
the drop container before the
system continues to boot up.
Check if the drop container of the input
sorter is empty. Confirm the message. In
standby mode remove the tube from the
drop container. WARNING: Wear
protective gloves when handling the tube!
Tube still in
gripper '%'
The gripper <%1> is still
holding the tube after it was set
down. The tube is stuck to the
Press the [Repeat] button to put the tube
down.
