Rack has not
passed sensors at
rack transfer
Rack did not arrive at sensors of
RUS.
Move the rack up close to the stopper and
press [Repeat]. Check if the sensors are still
working.
Job order database
not active
The system cannot connect to
the job order database. Samples
cannot be processed without the
Protective door
(sorter area) is not
The system can be started only
when the protective door in
front of the sorter area is
Close the door to the sorter area. Check if
the locking device at the lower edge of the
door can engage properly. Check if the
sensors indicate that the door is closed.
Tube too high in
the RT-Transport
The primary tube is too high in
the RT-Transport. The primary
tube height sensor is located at
the 3rd position after the put-
down position in the RT-
transport of the input sorter in
the RT-transport.
An excessively high tube can
cause system malfunctions.
Push down the tube until it is touching the
bottom of the insert. If the tube is still too
high, remove it from the RT-transport.
At least one
coordinate is out
of range
Caution: At least one coordinate
(X-axis, Y- axis) is out of range.
The value entered was 0 or
negative.
The wrong coordinates have
Check changed coordinates in 'Teachin'.
Termination of
racks and logout
There are sorting racks with
tubes in the system. Press
[Terminate Racks] to terminate
the racks and to start the
transmission of lists to host.
Press [Abort] to go back to the

communication
with NetPC

over the network. Submodules:
decapper, QM, recapper
Press the [Repeat] button.
If the message is indicated again, switch the
system off and restart.
