Soiling in the
image window
The camera detected soiling in
the image window. This may be
displayed during initial
operation or incorrect
shutdown. In these cases, press
Try to continue operation by pressing
'Repeat'. Open the housing of the tube type
recognition module and clean the areas
(lens, surface of the black background) in
the section concerned (see Operator's
Manual, Chapter 'Maintenance').
Object in the
image window
Object (cap, label ...) in the
image window. The message
may be displayed during initial
operation or incorrect
shutdown. In these cases, press
Try to continue operation by pressing
'Repeat'. Open the camera housing and
remove the object.
Memory could not
Memory could not be allocated.
Internal problem with the
Contact a service technician.
Could not read
reference image
The stored reference image, on
which basis the check is carried
out, does not exist, cannot be
read or cannot be found. The
message is also displayed when a
system has been re-installed.
Contact a service technician. Does the
reference image currently exist in the
directory? QS I: 'D:QS
IApplicationConfigConfig'. BlueLYNX:
'usr/pvt/subsys/rsa_cam/'. Carry out
'tube_location' if no reference image exists.
Different size of
reference and
acquired image
The stored reference image does
not match the dimensions of the
image which is currently taken.
Possible reason: System
conversion is incomplete.
Contact a service technician.
% System pressure
is not in the valid
System pressure is not in the
valid range.
Using the cylinders could cause
Check whether the compressor is switched
on. Wait until the compressor has reached
its working pressure. Press [Repeat] to
24V power supply for NetPC is
not available.

Cap did not fall
through the waste

Manually remove the cap in
case it's located within the area
of operations or stuck inside the
