The door of the corresponding
module is not closed.
Sensor (%1)
After pressing [Repeat], the sequence of
operation is re-launched.
Recap module:
sealing
temperature error

The sealing temperature of the
recap module is out of range
(180<>190C). Possible reasons:
- After turning the system on, it
takes approximately 10 minutes
until the operating temperature
is reached.
- The thermo sensor, the
controller or the cable is
Check the sealing temperature and the error
notification on the temperature control
panel (2132): If the temperature is too low,
[2FSL] wait until the operating temperature
has been reached. If the temperature is too
high, turn the system off immediately and
contact a service technician.
No foil found %
During recapping, a foil suction
was attempted.
The vacuum sensor (%1) does
not recognize a foil.
Check to see if the foil magazine has been
inserted and if there are still foils in the
storage.
If necessary, refill foils.
With [Repeat], the sequence of operation is
relaunched.

The cap could not be removed
from the tube without error.
The rotary gripper was opened. Please check
to see if the cap of the tube must be disposed
of manually. If necessary the system must be
turned off.
After confirming the error notification, the
system tries to return the tube to the rack
transport and to continue work normally.

The lifting gripper is now
opened.
Please check to see if the tube has been
transferred properly into the transport
conveyor and that the cap is no longer
located in the working area. If necessary the
system must be turned off.

Error when sending a command
to the motor control board.
Try to remedy the error by pressing the
[Repeat] button.
The error may be corrected by restarting the
system.
Contact a service technician if the error
