Error reference
switch monitoring
%
Reference position check failed.
The current positioning has
immediately been aborted.
Subsequent commands already
sent to the motor control board
were deleted (address=%1).
If the error occurs very often and regularly,
a service technician should check the motor,
axis or limit switch.
Encoder
monitoring error
%
Encoder monitoring error on
the motor control group. The
encoder signals are logically
incorrect. There is a hardware
error (at DMS). When the error
occurs, the current positioning
is immediately terminated. All
further commands are deleted.
Red fail LED on the motor
control board is blinking. This
error is corrected only after a
hardware reset (address=%1).
Turn the system off and on. Manually rotate
the motor without electricity. Check the
encoder.
Error active
revolution
monitoring %
positioning commands. The
tolerance was exceeded during
or after the motor movement.
Causes: Error in the drive
system. The motor axis is
blocked, tube tilted in the
gripper, motor problems, tooth
wheel is loose, bad belt tension
Continue operation by pressing [Repeat].
Contact a service technician if the error
cannot be remedied with 'Repeat'.
No bar code
detected %
The system could not read any
bar code (address=%1).
No liquid level
found %
Motor control board awaited an
interruption signal from the
liquid level board/cap
recognition. No interruption
signal occurred. The entire
buffer is deleted. (address=%1).
Check the liquid level position (height, start,
liquid level ...). Contact a service technician.
