WARNING: Before you put the
tube into the drop container,
check if the container is empty.
If not, clear the container and
afterwards confirm the message
by pressing [OK] to continue
operation. Wear protective
gloves when handling the tube!

sticking in the
gripper
The tube got stuck in the
gripper and cannot be put
down.
Remove the tube from the gripper by hand.
WARNING: Wear protective gloves when
handling the tube! Inform a service
technician if the error persists.

Waiting for empty
rack at CCM
workplace <%> ...
There is no rack available at the
transfer position of the CCM
rack feed, hence the sorting
routine has currently been
halted.
Reload the CCM rack feed with empty racks.

Waiting for rack
transfer clearance
at CCM workplace
<%> ...
A loaded rack on the CCM
module cannot be transferred
onto the conveyor, because the
proper clearance has not yet
been received.
Once the preset timeout has expired, the
system will sort a tube intended for the
congested CCM into the buffer rack.

After 5 attempts by the feed
lever to push an empty rack into
the sorting position, sensor
<%1> reports none present.
Check if the rack is mechanically jammed.
Check if the sensor is soiled and clean it if
necessary. Inform a service technician if the
error persists. (Check if the sensor is active.
Check if the sensor is adjusted correctly.
Check the sensor logic).

A communication error to the
IR-LLD module occurred.
Retry by pressing the [Repeat] button. If the
message is indicated again, switch the
system off and restart. Contact a service
technician if the error persists.

IR-LLD module initialization
not finished correctly.
Restart the system. Contact a service
technician if the error persists. (Check
configuration files)

Initialization of
I2C interface (IR-
LLD) has failed
The I2C interface of the IR-
LLD's control unit, responsible
for receiving measurement
results, has failed to initialize.
Press [Repeat] to restart the
initialization process.
If the error remains even after repeated
attempts of initialization, a hardware failure
is most likely. In this case, replace the IR-
LLD module's control unit.
