Both IR-LLD module signal
levels (emitter and receiver) are
too low. Either LEDs or the
photo diode of the diode board
may be defective.
Check to make sure that the insort position
is empty. Restart the system. Contact a
service technician if the error persists.
(Replace the diode board).

IR-LLD module
signal level too
low
Signal level (940 nm) of the
emitter and/or receiver is too
low. Blue LEDs on the diode
board may be defective.
Check to make sure that the insort position
is empty. Restart the system. Contact a
service technician if the error persists.
(Replace the diode board).

Signal level (1550 nm) of the
emitter and/or receiver is too
low. White LEDs on the diode
board may be defective.
Check to make sure that the insort position
is empty. Restart the system. Contact a

A measurement made by the IR-
LLD has been repeatedly
queried or incorrectly assigned
to several tubes.
Restart the system. Inform a service
techician if the error recurs. Check light
barrier for triggering the IR-LLD optical
waveguide in the lower cabinet of the input
sorter. Adjust or replace the optical
waveguide amplifier if necessary. Firmware
does not respond: Check if the yellow LED
on the control unit is still flashing. Replace
the control unit if necessary.
