permissible range. The X-
coordinate goes below

the position.
733
Tube transport
(BLM) is empty
The tube transport on the bulk
loader module appears to be
empty. Either the hopper
doesn't contain any more tubes
or entrance to the chain drive is
jammed due to canted tubes.
Check both hopper and chain drive. Remove
any jams, if necessary.
734
Tube turn unit
lever (BLM) didn't
conclude its
motion
The tube turn unit lever on the
bulk loader module's lower tube
transport didn't conclude its
motion.
Check for obstacles and rectify. Keep in
mind that, once the BLM's hood has been
opened, the entire area between the first and
the second tube orientation sensor needs to
be cleared of all tubes.
735
Tube lifting unit
(BLM) didn't
conclude its
motion
The tube lifting unit on the bulk
loader module's buffer between
lower and upper tube transport
didn't conclude its motion.
Check for obstacles and rectify. Keep in
mind that, once the BLM's hood has been
opened, the entire area between the first and
the second tube orientation sensor needs to
be cleared of all tubes.
736
Tube on upper
conveyor (BLM)
faces the wrong
direction
The tube on the bulk loader
module's upper tube transport is
facing the opposite direction
(cap to the front).
Reach through the system's input sorter and
remove the erroneous tube from the second
tube orientation sensor. Then feed it
manually into the turning unit. In case you
still need to open the BLM's hood, keep in
mind that the entire area between the first
and the second tube orientation sensor
needs to be cleared of all tubes.
