Unknown CCM
error
An unknown error occurred at
the CCM. Please inform a
service technician. Error group:

When in contact with the service technician,
report the error group and number as stated
above.
Unexpected rack
during
initialization
During initialization, a rack has
been detected at sensor <%4>.
Please advance the rack
manually.
In case this rack contains sample tubes,
these have to be fed to their originally
intended target systems by hand.

designated position in time.
The affected rack might be tilted or jammed.
Look for the rack and rectify its position on
the rack transport. In case the rack did reach
its intended position, (contrary to the error
description above), a service technician
needs to check this position's rack sensor.
Communication
error towards the
rack conveyor
(CCM)
occurred between the system
and the interconnected rack
conveyor. An expected response
signal (reset of status signal
<%4>) from the conveyor had
not been received within a given

No rack available
(CCM)
One of the CCM's rack feeds
pushed an empty rack towards
the tube transfer position, but
according to the retention
gripper's sensor data, the rack
didn't reach its intended
Check the state of the transfer position at
the retention gripper and/or it`s sensor.
Jammed rack at
CCM sorting

Check the retention gripper in question. The
affected rack might be tilted or jammed.
Correct its position and press [Repeat].
