:DIAGnostic[:MEASure]:POINt? <Name>
Triggers voltage or temperature measurement at the specified test point and returns
the measured value.
Use the command :DIAGnostic:POINt:CATalog? to retrieve a list of the available
test points.
For description of the test points, see the service manual.
Query parameters:
<Name> string
Return values:
<Value> number
Default unit: V or °C
