7.3.2 Settings for brand-new converters
Overvie
w
The basis settings are required before performing 󹪝rst commissioning for a brand-new
converter.
Requirement
• The operating unit is connected to the converter via the service interface X127 or the
PROFINET interface X150.
• The web server is accessed with the IP address:
– For service interface X127: 169.254.11.22 (default)
– For PROFINET interface X150: 0.0.0.0 (default)
Before you establish an online connection via PROFINET, you must con󹪝gure a suitable IP
address for the PROFINET interface. With 󹪝rmware V6.2, the con󹪝guration is possible in
Startdrive only.

If the web server is called, a forwarding function starts automatically to de󹪝ne the following
settings:
• Basic settings (Page173)
• Security settings (Page174)
7.3.3 Basic settings
Overview
Initial basic settings are de󹪝ned in the function view.
Requirement
The web server is being called for the 󹪝rst time.
Description of function
The basic settings are as follows:
• Preferred language of the user interface
• Converter date and time; either manually or via NTP
After these entries have been made, using the "Next" button, you can continue to the
Security Wizard.
