onboard Diagnostics in
Run system diag. can be performed to test the instrument more in detail. The
selftest results will be shown as
Ok status or error/event message codes. The messages/codes are
displayed in combination of numerics 1-6 and characters A-D. The results are stored in a logfile,
which can be read out and sent to the Service provider.
The System Monitor information is valid for a running instrument only and can be stored in *.fsmx
file. After restart of the instrument the messages and counters will be reset.
