3 Fine adjustment
optical plummet
A. Align the inner circle
to the ground mark
by the footscrews in
face 1.
B. Turn the instrument
in face 2 and note the
position of the inner
circle.
C. Adjust half the error
with the four
adjustment screws,
the other half with
the footscrews.
D. Tighten the
adjustment screws.
Tolerance:
< 0,5mm
Torque value
5Ncm/0,44lbfin
Turn the opposite
screws equally in
reverse direction to
keep the correct
tension to the optics.
