past 75 minutes (known as measurement time), and LMRTIE values have been
calculated for observation times of 1 second, 1 minute, 15 minutes, 30 minutes,
and 1 hour. The values for observation times 2, 8, and 24 hours are not yet
available because the system has not been running long enough to collect that
data. They will become available as the system continues to collect data.
