Holdover mode* SNHOLD The indicated clock card is in
holdover.
If both cards are in holdover,
troubleshoot the input signal source.
If only one card is in holdover:
1. Ensure that the clock card still
qualifying input signals is the active
card.
2. If the clock card entered holdover
because the performance
measurements disqualified the
inputs, use the Initialize Register
(INIT-REG) command to clear the
performance measurements for each
disqualified input. Refer to the
Commands chapter for details on
the INIT-REG command.
Power supply A
failed
SNPWRA The –48V A input failed. Troubleshoot and repair the A
–
48 V
battery input.
Power Supply A in
expansion failed
EXPWRA The –48V A input of the indicated
expansion shelf is not functioning.
1. A typical reason for this is that the
"A" power supply is not connected or
it is connected but the power source is
not functioning.
2. If the "A" power supply is connected
and it has not been successfully
powered before, check that terminal
connections (–48, gnd, rtn) are
correct.
3. Check the "A" fuse LED on the front
of the shelf. If it is lit, the fuse has
blown. The fuse is replaceable.
Replace, but if fuse continues to go
out, shelf may require service.
Power supply B
failed
SNPWRB The –48V B input failed. Troubleshoot and repair the B
–
48 V
battery input.
