The command in this example sets the threshold for the 1 second TDEV
measurement on input channel 3 to 100 ns.

LMRTIE-15M=THR-500&CRI-Y&RPT-Y&PM-Y;
The command in this example specifies the LMRTIE-15M threshold to be
500 nanoseconds for input channel 3 (THR-500). It also tells the system to
disqualify input channel 3 as an input reference (CRI-Y). In addition it tells the
system to display an Automatic Message (RPT-Y) if the threshold is exceeded and
display the measurement every 15 minutes (PM-Y).
