7 Call awarded and being delivered in an established
channel
The incoming call is connected to a channel already
established for similar calls (e.g. packet-mode X.25
virtual calls).
16 Normal call clearing (peer)
This call is being cleared by one of the users involved.
17 User busy
The called user cannot accept another call although
compatibility is established.
18 No user responding
Used when a user does not respond to call
establishment messages with either an alerting or
connect indication within the allowed time.
19 No answer from user (user alerted)
The user has provided an alerting indication but has
not provided a connect indication within the
allowed time.

19 Not registered to supplementary service
21 Call rejected
Equipment sending the cause does not wish to
accept this call although the equipment is not busy
or incompatible.
22 Number changed
This indicates that the called party number is not
assigned.

24 Unassigned number
26 Non-selected user clearing
The user has not been awarded the incoming call.
