Getting Started
This chapter describes the controls, switches, connectors and
power supply. Also discussed is how to display menus, scroll
through them and select options.
Note
If your AuroraPlus is fitted with batteries (battery and combi
units) it was supplied with the batteries uncharged. We
recommend that you fully charge the batteries before starting
to use
AuroraPlus.
NiMH cells exhibit a 'memory', which means that if you
repeatedly recharge a battery which is only partially
discharged, a small amount of its capacity is lost. This should
not normally be a problem, but approximately once a month
you may wish to discharge the battery completely before
recharging it.
