Field Explanation
Search window The position of the machine target relative to the search window specified
during UTS set up.
The UTS instrument reports its tracking status to the system. The status
messages are listed in the table below.
Tracking Status Meaning
N/A No data being received from the instrument
No signal No target is being tracked
Tracking A target is being tracked
2. From any screen in the Diagnostics – UTS dialog, press UTS.
This screen displays the name of the point at which the UTS instrument was
set up, if the point has a name, in the form UTS <name>. For example, UTS
South. The fields within this screen are described below.
Field Explanation
Northing
Easting
Elevation
The known or measured setup location of the UTS instrument, in terms of
Northing, Easting and Elevation.
Compensator The instrument’s compensator status.
Inst. height The setup height of the instrument.
Scale factor The scale factor.
