8. System Options
The labeler Alpha Compact can be equipped with many different options. The systems op-
tions are subdivided into three groups.
Additionally we offer many customized special solutions like protective cabinets, stands,
special labeling stations and more. These options require a check and examination.

Subdivision of Alpha Compact Product Range
Pre-configured Alpha Compact (Basis version)
The labeler in Wipe On working method, for labels with a width of maximum 120mm or
150mm, in righthand- and lefthand version are the standard labelers. They are available
ex-stock.
Retrofit Options (Field Installable)
Retrofit (Field installable) options are available ex-stock and can be installed at the Alpha
Compact by the customer on-site with supplied installation instruction.
The most important retrofit options are:
 Manual in different languages
 Power cable for different power networks
 Pusher brushs
 Pusher rollers
 HMI Panel
 HMI Display
 Axial low label warning
 Alarm lamp
 Clamp box for i/O interface and product sensor input
 Pneumatic maintenance combination
Factory Installable Options (Factory Installable)
Options that are installed and tested at system order in our factory.
The most important factory installable options are:
 Language package 2 to HMI Display
 Shaft encoder
 USB-connection socket
 Zero Down Time Controller
