Instruction
Please calibrate the labels via display controller as follows.

Danger of drawing in by rotating elements.

If you are not in the starting mode please push the [Start] button.

Push the buttons [] + [] together at the same time. The labeler per-
forms 3 applying cycles for the calibration. Afterwards the leading edge of
the label is flush to the peeler bar.

Danger of drawing in by rotating elements
DANGER OF DRAWING IN
Rotating elements at labeler, rewinder, web brake and rollers of
the friction unit.
Disconnect the labeler from supply voltage when performing
any work.
Danger caused by moving products
DANGER OF BEING CRUSHED
*² In case of a flexible peeler blade the passing product can push
the peeler blade away.
*² In case of an inflexible peeler blade objects can be crushed
between product and peeler blade.
Stop the supply of products.
Possibly a few adjustments are necessary until you will achieve the desired labeler result.
In any case the products should not be decelerated too much during “labeling” and are
never allowed to be touched by the peeler bar. All in all two settings are possible for the
pusher roller of the labeler.
