10. Troubleshooting
Safety Instructions
Danger caused by direct or indirect contact to live parts.
DANGER TO LIFE!
Contact of persons with live parts which are energized by failures.
Disconnect the power from the machine before you perform
any work at the labeler.
*² Danger caused by actively triggered movements.
DANGER OF BEING CRUSHED!
Dependent on the application the products are transferred manu-
ally or automatically to the labeler.
Perform maintenance work only if you have control of product
supply and there is no danger.
Health Hazard due to inappropriate handling of lubricants and
detergents.
HEALTH HAZARD
For used lubricants and detergents, the valid information of the
safety data sheets of the manufacturers and the valid safety- and
disposal regulations have to be observed and followed for each
product.
Check permanently all machine operations.
Abnormal noise development or movements (e.g. bucking, beat-
ing etc.) indicate failures and have to be checked.
Instructions for elimination of failures address only to trained personal.
