Stop Labeling Operation
Safety Instructions
When the system is stopped about several hours you have to
take the label material off the labeler.
The label material gets bent in the area of the deflection rollers that might lead to failures
during operation mode. This label feature as well as the curving-level depend on material
and can vary from label type to label type. Environmental conditions like high tempera-
tures and high air humidity enforce this effect.
Take critical label material off the labeler before long breaks or after end of work!
Instruction
Please stop labeling operation as follows.
Put System out of Operation
If you put the labeler out of operation for more than 4 weeks, please perform the following
steps:

Labeler is switched-off like in chapter “Stop Labeling Operation”.

Please put system out of operation as follows.

Step Procedure

Stop product supply.

Switch off labeler at power switch.
3
Remove manually or faulty applied labels.
4
Take label material off labeler.
Step Procedure
1
Disconnect from power supply.

Transport system if necessary to its storage location like describes in chapter
“Transport and Unpackaging“.

For dust protection cover labeler with a cotton cloth or a paper towel.

Air-condition storage location according to chapter „Technical Specifications“.
